US Gasoline Stocks Drop To Lowest Since December
US gasoline inventories fell by 4.45M bbls w-o-w to 231.21M bbls in the week ending 14 July, the lowest since December 2016, US EIA data shows. USWC gasoline stocks were the lowest since December 2015 at 26.89M bbls, down by 1.68M bbls (or 6%) from the prior week.
Indonesian Coal Shipments Rise in May
Indonesian exported 31.3 Mt of coal in May, up by 1.9 Mt year-on-year, Bank Indonesia data show. At 157.1 Mt, shipments in the first five months of the year were 11.5 Mt higher than the same period in 2016.
Japan’s Naphtha Imports For June
Japan’s naphtha imports for the petrochemical sector in June fell by 11K b/d m-o-m to 284K b/d, Reuters reports, citing data from the country’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. However, the volume was up by 25K b/d compared to June 2016.
