SSY Gas Ltd is the liquefied gases division of the SSY Group and was formed in April 2004. It currently employs four full-time brokers, all based in SSY's London head office, with further expansion planned. Its work on behalf of clients includes LNG and LPG projects, spot, medium-term and long-term chartering of LNG, LPG, ammonia and petrochemical gas carriers. SSY Gas is also active in newbuilding and secondhand ship sale and purchase (S&P) activities involving liquefied gas carrier tonnage. In its charter broking and S&P business, SSY Gas capitalises on the information network available to it from SSY's global shipbroking activities.
